Isha cooked food and arranged everything on the small dining table of 4 that's placed in the dining hall of the chamber and called Abhyansh for lunch as it's his time for lunch... She thought she will feed her brother after she finishes serving her husband...

"Ishu... I am hungry too", Ranveer whined...

"Unfortunately, god gave me only two hands bhai... Let me first serve Maharaj and then feed you, or if you can eat on your own, I will arrange your dinner on your bed", she said

"No, I want you to feed me", he said

"Okay then wait for some time...", Isha said and Ranveer pouted but didn't say a word...

She served all the items to Abhyansh and he started eating...

"Maharaj, I will be back in a minute", she requested and Abhyansh signed with his finger and she quickly walked to the kitchen, put the dessert she prepared for her brother in a cup and quickly went to her brother, arranged a small table and put the cup on it, asking her brother to have it till she feeds him lunch...

"Thank you Ishu, this is my favorite, sit here and give me company", Ranveer said

"I can't, I need to serve Maharaj", saying this she quickly walked to Abhyansh and started offering him the items and just like she thought, he ate more... She smiled to herself getting happy, she prepared as a gratitude and she felt like he accepted it, though he doesn't know, she thought...

"Mr. Ranawat, how are the items ?? The sweet especially ??", Ranveer asked, Abhyansh ate silently without saying anything...

Isha wants to respond to her brother, saying her husband hates sweets, but she remained quiet...

Ranveer again and again asked him...

"Rajput... Shut up", Abhyansh said

"But why, just answer my question", Ranveer asked, he wanted to hear praises from the Beast's mouth at least for once... And his sister makes fantastic food, Abhyansh said wouldn't lie...

"Maharaj doesn't like sweets bhai, now you rest calmly", Isha said fearing he would irritate the beast

"How do you know ?? He never says anything to you right ??", Ranveer asked irritating Abhyansh

"Rajput, I hate talking at the dining table, shut up before I break your right hand", Abhyansh said in a warning tone and that got Ranveer shut up, as he knew Abhyansh Singh Ranawat's threats are never empty, and he can't afford to break the only limb that's working in his body...

Abhyansh is done with his lunch and then Isha brought food for his brother, sat in front of him and started feeding him...

"So yummy Ishu... How do you make such good food... ", Ranveer praised eating the first morsel...

"Eat silently bhai... You need rest, you kept blabbering since morning, now you will take your medicines and sleep after you finish your lunch", Isha told Ranveer...

"You became rude staying with rude people Ishu...", Ranveer taunted Abhyansh though his sister was anything but rude... Abhyansh heard him but didn't care to respond, Ranveer is being childish and he doesn't want to match that...

"Bhai... Why are you irritating him so much, let him be", Isha whispered...

"Fine, I won't irritate your loving husband...", Ranveer tauntingly said and Isha sighed...

"Ishu, you said you would make all my favorites for lunch, but some are not my favorite", Ranveer asked and her breath hitched, what would happen if her husband gets to know that she prepared his favorite dishes...

"Because you can't eat all your favorites in a single day, they are not healthy... Now eat...", Isha said feeding him...

"Hoo... This is so spicy, you know I don't eat much spice...", Ranveer complained and Isha glared at him... She prepared extra spicy in her husband's favorite dishes she made but the items that are Ranveer's favorite are normal...

"Bhai... If you didn't like it, I'll feed you other dishes, Stop complaining", Isha said...

Abhyansh knew his wife made his favorites, but he didn't know why ?? According to him, women can never do anything selflessly... They are the most selfish people in the world... Ranveer kept saying one or the other thing to draw a reaction from Abhyansh but the beast kept working and after a couple of minutes, he walked away...

Finally, after a lot of tantrums, Isha is done feeding her brother... She gave him medicines and got up...

"Now take some rest, I'll make snacks in the evening...", Isha said

"Now, you too have lunch... and have food properly... You became so thin... You are so underweight compared to your height, you know that ??", Ranveer scolded her...

"I'm fine bhai... you take rest", Isha said and was about to walk away when Ranveer asked her to bring her food there... So that he can monitor how much she is eating... Isha sighed but did as her brother said... Ranveer made sure his sister has her food properly... He forced her to have some more and she did with difficulty.

Right from childhood, she was always given punishments of starving, and that limited her capacity of having food properly. And after marriage, her punishments became more frequent and her appetite slowly died.

"Eat more Ishu, have one more roti, you ate so little", Ranveer said

"Bhayyu, I will throw up if I had even a morsel more, please don't force me...", she said and Ranveer understood her problem, his heart bled thinking about his sister, his eyes welled up but controlled his emotions...

"Okay, I'll go out and bring some ingredients for evening snacks, you take rest, need anything? call the nurses, or me, okay ??", Isha said and Ranveer nodded...

"Take my wallet", Ranveer said

"I have money bhai...", Isha said with a smile...

"Yeah... now my sister is financially independent huh ?? I'm proud of you Ishu...", Ranveer said with a small smile... Isha gave a small smile to him...

"Ishu... what about your work ?? I don't want you to compromise on it because of me...", Ranveer said

"No bhai, I talked to Ragini, and she said it's okay, I told her I'll work from home and she agreed, she is very understanding...", Isha said and Ranveer nodded...

Isha walked away taking her wallet, she didn't find Abhyansh anywhere... She asked the servants who told her that he asked them to show him her chamber and they did... She ran to her chamber as she didn't want him to see her chamber at all... but it was too late...

She saw her husband wandering in her chamber... 

"Maharaj... I have arranged the guest chamber for you, you can rest there if you want", she said looking down, she is embarrassed when her husband saw how she lived all her life...

Her chamber is huge but all the items in it are very cheap, her uncle got all the royal things removed from her chamber and gave her things, even the royal servants refuse to use...

"Kailash Rajput is a f**ker, but he knew how to treat you, smart a**, looks like you lead a better place as my slave than the princess of Rajputs, that man really hates you, huh...", Abhyansh said, disgust dripping in his tone for her... Her eyes welled up, but she held back her tears, she stood there without responding...

He looked at her living condition, left a satisfied sigh, before walking out, she looked around for once, and two treacherous tears let her, she quickly wiped them and followed her husband...

She showed him the chamber she got arranged for him...

"Maharaj, I'll go to the nearby market, need to buy some ingredients, can I go ??", She asked politely and he nodded... Though he told her to behave like his wife, and she didn't want to take his permission but just inform him, if she wants to behave as his wife, but still she asked him as she isn't sure of his definition of a wife... She didn't want to take risk, and face any punishment, she couldn't afford to fall sick now, if she does, who will take care of her brother, so she decided to be extremely careful with her Beast of a husband... Abhyansh hummed permitting her and she walked off...

She brought all the ingredients required to make the cake and started making the cake, She has put the batter in the oven when she received a call from Abhyansh asking her to come to his room...

"Yes Maharaj", Isha asked as soon as she entered the chamber allotted to him...

"My belongings are here, unpack everything", he said working on his laptop... 

His belongings ?? Then where are hers ?? She thought he would go back and get back the things and she thought she would go with him then and bring her things as well, but why would he go ?? He is the king, she would have guessed. She didn't even expect him to even think about her belongings... 

"Ji(yes) Maharaj", she said looking down and started unpacking things and setting them in the wardrobe...

So many things ?? Did he mean it when he said he would stay with her till the end ?? She hoped he would go back after a few days, as he had lots of work to do and she knew her beast of a husband is comfortable in his own office, own space... but she forgot that to torture her, he would do anything... Well, that time, she didn't know she is hoping against hope...

She completed the unpacking and then walked away to surprise her brother with the cake...

She decorated the cake, wrote 'get well soon bhayyu' on it and took it to his brother, who squealed looking at it...

Abhyansh who is passing through the corridor, walked into Ranveer's room hearing the squeal...

"Ishu... You made my favorite cake... Yayyy, you are the best, I love you", Ranveer said, Abhyansh shook his head and walked back to his chamber... He didn't think a wise man like Ranveer would be an emotional fool loving his sister... 

"Okay, now cut the cake and eat it...", Isha said with a smile and he did that...

"I'll give you only one piece... rest all is mine... Hah, thank lord, your BEAST hates sweets... This cake is all mine", Ranveer said and Isha rolled her eyes...

"I don't want that one piece too, you can have it", Isha said with a smile...

"No no, you have it, so that you don't cast an evil eye on me", Ranveer said giving her a small piece before he dug in... Isha hit his head playfully and both of them started talking randomly when Sheela came to Ranveer's chamber...

"Veer, how are you son ??", she asked

"Fine till you came in, what do you want ??", he asked concentrating on his cake... Isha frowned looking at why is he talking to his mother so rudely all of a sudden, her brother was never like that, Is it because now he got to know that they torture her ?? Or he got to know about what Madan did to her ?? No, no, the latter is not possible, who would tell him... She asked herself...

"Isha... you gave cake to him, he is a patient you stupid....", Sheela started but Ranveer's raging tone interrupted his mother...

"One more word against my sister, I wouldn't even think a second before kicking you out of this palace... As you already know, according to Dadi sa's(grandmother's) will, Only me and Isha have the right on Rajput properties, after bade papa's demise, you are here because you are my mother...

"You are talking to your mother Veer", she said angrily

"And that's the only reason you are alive till now, LEAVE", he screamed the last word making the two women in the room shiver with fear... He slowly ruffled his sister's hair smiling at her, calming her... he knew she is too soft and innocent, and he mostly avoids getting angry with her or in front of her except for when he couldn't control himself at all like this time...

Sheela walked away calmly seeing her son shaking with anger... Ranveer and Isha's grandmother, i.e Kailash's mother, saw how her younger son and her daughter-in-law treated Isha after her(Isha) parents' death, the woman even had doubts about her elder son and daughter-in-law's death, she suspected her younger son, Kailash's hand in it. 

Amar Rajput, the late king, made a will transferring all the Rajput properties to Ranveer as he wanted him to be the next king, he never had any partiality between Isha and Ranveer, in fact, he wanted Ranveer to be the next king, and he wanted to declare it but his mother stopped him asking him not to do that, as they all knew Kailash's intentions, if he knew his son is going to be the future king, he wouldn't step back before spoiling Ranveer so that he could support him in his illegal activities, so they portrayed as if the throne belongs to Isha as she is the daughter of the king, but Ranveer knew this all along, Amar and Pallavi Rajput told this to him when he was just 10 years old, Ranveer loved his Paternal uncle and aunt more than his own parents as they were the ones who gave him that parental affection more than his own parents. 

After they died, Kailash was plotting against Isha, thinking about whether to kill her or just drop her at an orphanage far away from here and his mother, Rajmata Sanghvi Devi Rajput got to know about this through her loyal servants. She changed everything to Isha's name except for a few properties where Ranveer has a right too and she made Kailash and Sheela believe that if something happens to Isha, the properties will go to the Rajput trust. And that put a full stop to Kailash's plans but his hatred didn't come to an end there, he showed his hatred towards little Isha every time he saw her, the queen mother used to protect little Isha but just after a year of her elder son's death, she too died of a heart attack leaving Isha to bear the torture. Ranveer always made sure his sister is fine, but his parents used to torture her whenever he isn't home, and they threatened not to say a word to Ranveer. 

"Bhai...", Isha is about to reprimand him for talking like that to his mother but he interrupted her knowing what she is about to say.

"No Ishu, she is wrong, and I can't tolerate how she is talking to you...", Ranveer said and Isha just nodded knowing her brother wouldn't listen to her.

"Ishu, did Madan do something to you in the morning ??", Ranveer asked calmly though his blood is boiling, Isha's eyes widened, how did he know ?? And then she remembered she accepted her brother's call before Madan threw her phone away, but when she collected her phone later from the floor, the call wasn't running, it hung up. 

"What ??", she asked looking here and there, she couldn't stop her brother if he gets to know the truth, she knew he would beat Madan black and blue, he wouldn't forgive his father as well...

"Ishu, don't try to lie to me, I heard the noises and I couldn't move, so I asked Mr. Ranawat to see what's happening", Ranveer told her the half-truth, acting as if he didn't know the truth... 

"Oh! so you sent Maharaj, thank you bhai, nothing happened, Maharaj came at the right time...", Isha said, pain visible in her eyes...

"What's wrong Ishu ??", Ranveer asked lovingly and she sobbed hugging him...

"I know he hates me, but isn't he affected when another man was about to touch his wife ?? he reacted so casually, I know I couldn't even expect a thing from this marriage after all that he has done to me but still, if not as a wife, he could at least think me as one among his people whom he is supposed to protect, he is the king, don't I deserve it at least ??", Isha asked and Ranveer ruffled her hair lovingly...

"Ishu, he would have acted as a king, if he thought you as just one among the people, but you are his wife, I told him you were in trouble and he said to let you suffer, he didn't even react because he hates you like you rightly said but as soon as I told him Madan was about to touch you, he sprang on his feet with rage, I saw the BEASTLY form for a second, Ishu, I don't want to give you any hopes for this marriage, because as soon as possible, I'll free you from his clutches and we both will move to London, but if knowing this will make you feel any better, then listen, your husband is not okay with a man touching you if I'm not wrong, Madan won't see tomorrow's sunrise", Ranveer said and her eyes widened at his last statement. 

Her misconceptions were cleared, but thinking about her husband killing a man for her didn't sit well with her, but she knew she could do nothing about it. And what is her brother saying, he would free her from this marriage ?? How will he do that ?? And Is that what she wants ?? Why is she still thinking so much to break this marriage even after her husband's cruel tortures ??

"Stop thinking so much...", Ranveer said and she shook her head with a smile that didn't reach her eyes, Ranveer kissed her hair and patted her head, both of them talked for a while, and the royal designer is here for Ranveer's clothes, and after a lot of whining, Isha sighed deeply and went with the designer to finalize her brother's clothes as Ranveer refused to do it again.

Before going with the designer to the other chamber, Isha gave coffee to her husband and asked if he wanted anything more, he didn't respond which means he didn't want anything more, and then, she informed him about her whereabouts and went to help the designer...

After getting done with the work, Abhyansh made his way into Ranveer's chamber. 

"Don't kill Madan, I have better plans", Ranveer said opening his eyes...

"He deserves to die for thinking about touching Abhyansh Singh Ranawat's wife", Abhyansh said settling on the huge couch beside Ranveer's bed...

"You want to kill him just for thinking about touching your wife, what would you do if I say that b**t**d already did that ?? Won't you want to punish him, torture him ??", Ranveer said and Abhyansh's eyes shot up...

Ranveer told him everything about what all Kailash Rajput and Madan did to Isha...

"I know then Isha isn't your wife, and you wouldn't care but by then you agreed to marry her, and technically, that a** touched your fiance, Abhyansh Singh Ranawat's fiance", Ranveer provoked Abhyansh

"Stop with that Rajput", Abhyansh said in a deadly dangerous tone... He knew Ranveer is provoking him, thinking he wouldn't react since Isha was not his wife then, technically that should be the case, but he didn't know why his blood boiled at what Ranveer told him... Madan touching his wife made his brain go mad with fury... He wanted to torture that b**t**d till he begs for life but never give him death... Before he just thought of shooting him in the head, giving him an easy death but now, he wants to snatch the very death from him, leaving him to die every second.

Seeing the fury and danger in Abhyansh's eyes, Ranveer couldn't say a word...

"Don't sleep tonight, if you want to witness your sister's culprit punished", Abhyansh said getting up to walk away as he is too furious now but Ranveer's words stopped him, trust Ranveer Rajput to be unpredictable, huh...

"Where are you going ?? Of course to the guest chamber huh, since my sister would never allow anyone to her chamber, I don't know why is she so obsessed with her chamber", Ranveer said suddenly, he is afraid of Abhyansh's fury, if he comes across Isha now, he would show that fury on her and Ranveer didn't want it, so he decided to talk something else with his brother-in-law before letting him go, and that's the only topic crossed his head. Isha never allowed Ranveer or any servants inside her chamber, he didn't understand why ?? But She doesn't want him to see the kind of life her uncle-aunt made her live and hate them, so she hid it from him, and she knew they would torture her more if she tells her brother anything. So she remained silent.

"I can't stay in her chamber, I'm a king and that's worse than servant quarters", Abhyansh said shocking Ranveer...

"What ??", Ranveer asked but Abhyansh walked away. Ranveer gradually understood, now everything made sense to him, how her mother always stopped him from going into Isha's chamber, and how Isha never let him go there... how she always locked it.

His eyes welled up, he got afraid thinking what all things he had to hear about his sister's suffering... His hatred for his parents multiplied ten folds with every new revelation.
